Returns
I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase you have 14 days to return it (except on custom orders and personalized items). Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Because each order is hand painted upon request, please make sure you have ordered the right size item - and if making sure colors match is important to you, please be sure to provide me with color swatches, paint color numbers, etc. Otherwise I cannot guarantee a perfect match for you.

**Please keep in mind that colors you see on your monitor may not be exactly what they are in real life due to computer settings, camera lighting, etc.

Custom Orders
Because of their specific nature, I cannot accept exchanges or returns of any kind on custom orders. If you request a color change on an item, that is considered a "custom order" and the item will no longer be returnable once it has been painted. If an item is personalized, it is also considered a custom order, even if no color changes have been requested.
